Conrad Apps is the Chief Financial Officer of Mowah, bringing over 35 years of experience in finance, strategy, and M&A across multinational businesses in manufacturing, engineering, large-scale global construction projects, FMCG, retail, and start-ups in renewable energy.

He spent much of his career at KPMG and in Power Generation and Oil & Gas at General Electric (GE), with senior roles also at ABB Process Automation, Avon Cosmetics Inc., and Hudson Holdings Limited (a NIKE partner). Before joining Mowah, he was Group CFO and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Francis Busuttil Group, a food manufacturing and distribution group.

Conrad lived and worked in multiple countries in Europe and the Middle East, and is recognised for his global mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and strategic leadership. He has a strong track record in financial transformation, risk management, business turnarounds, M&A and capital allocation.

He holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and certifications from the Association of Corporate Treasurers and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
