Mr. Abdulaziz Al Rayes is the Chairman of Mowah, bringing decades of leadership and business expertise to the company. Since his appointment as Chairman in 2012, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and overseeing its growth in the water, energy, and infrastructure sectors. In addition to his role as Chairman, he has served as the Chairman of the Executive Committee since 2021.

With a strong background in business administration, Mr. Abdulaziz Al Rayes holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from West Chester University, Pennsylvania. His extensive experience spans various industries, including general contracting, manufacturing, and packaging. He has been a Member of the Board of Managers at Jax Group, a leading general contracting firm, since 2000 and has managed Riyadh Altammar Trading Establishment, a business specializing in date packaging and sales, since 1993.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Abdulaziz Al Rayes served as Director of the Manufacturing Department at FIPCO, a public joint stock company in the packaging sector, from 1995 to 1997. His leadership and strategic vision continue to drive Mowah’s commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions and sustainable growth.
