Mr. Sami Al Rayes is a shareholder, CEO, and a member of the Executive Committee of Mowah Co. since its inception in 2002. He has led the executive leadership of the company for over 20-years and has guided Mowah to become one of the most reputed and respectable companies in the Kingdom. As the CEO, Mr. Sami has successfully envisioned, and implemented ambitious business strategies, long-term corporate objectives, and spearheaded a culture of excellence, innovation, productivity and accountability. His deep and exhaustive understanding of the industry and in-depth knowledge and experience of the regional markets has enabled Mowah to offer exceptional, world-class solutions, outstanding service and leading-edge expertise to its local and regional clients.
Before establishing Mowah, Mr. Sami contributed greatly to the success of Filling and Packing Materials Company (FIPCO) as its Head of the Executive Committee and Board Member. He has also served as the CEO of JAX Contractors and Supplies. In addition, he has also achieved outstanding success in managing real estate and investment portfolios in Saudi and international stock markets.
Concurrently, Mr. Sami is the Chairman of the Yanbu International Water Company, SAMOON, CICLO, Mowah Technology Services (MTS), MTS- Holding Limited. Sami also serves as Head of the Board of Directors in the following subsidiaries: Nayyar International Renewable Energy Co. and SAL United Company. He also sits as a Board Member for the following companies: Renen Services LLC, Sunrise Energy (S.A.E), Alsubh Solar Power, Rising Sun Energy (S.A.E), Enara Bahrain SPV, W.L.L., Dammam West Company for Water.
Mr. Sami graduated with a Degree in Civil Engineering from King Saud University and completed his Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Western Michigan, USA.
