Loutfi K. Echhade is a seasoned financial and business advisor and consultant with extensive and diversified experience in assurance, business advisory, corporate governance, risk management, and compliance. Over 40 years, he has held key executive positions with leading professional firms and multinational corporations.  

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon and later completed Postgraduate Accounting Studies at the University of Houston, Texas, USA.

Mr. Echhade holds several highly recognized US professional Certifications (CPA, CIA, CMA, CISA, CFE, CCSA ).

Currently, Mr. Echhade serves as a Financial and Consulting Advisor to a High-Net-Worth Family in Riyadh. He serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee of SACO, Malaz Capital, ARASCO, and MESHKATI. Additionally, he is a member of the Audit Committee for Obeikan Investments Group, Arabian Shield, and Yamama Cement, as well as a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of SACO. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of Al Khorayrf Group and Arasco. In addition, he served on the IMA Board of Regents and the Board of Directors, and the Texas Professional Standards Committee of CPAs. He also served on EY EMEIA and Global Advisory Council.
