Christopher joined Mowah in 2024 as Head of Legal and Sustainability. He is a senior strategic advisor and senior lawyer with over 15 years of experience in managing, negotiating, and closing complex regional and international projects in the water, energy and infrastructure sector.
Prior to joining Mowah, Christopher was the Global ESG Legal Director at Eversheds Sutherland, and spent over a decade as a projects lawyer with magic circle law firms Clifford Chance and Linklaters, and US law firm Winston & Strawn.
Christopher is named in the 2024 and 2023 Legal 500 Green Guide for the EMEA region and has co-authored several publications including those relating to climate risk management, climate finance, large scale infrastructure projects and water/wastewater projects, and battery storage.
Chrsitopher holds a BA Hons in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Birmingham, the Graduate Diploma in Law from the BPP Law School London, and the Legal Practice Course from College of Law London.
In 2021, he completed the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leaderships’ course on Business Sustainability Management, and in 2022 he completed the Yale School of Management’s course on Sustainability Management: Risk, Profit and Purpose, and in
