Since 2023, Bouchra has led Project Finance and M&A at Mowah, bringing over 18 years of experience in managing, structuring, and financing complex regional and international projects in the energy, water, and infrastructure sectors. At Mowah, she played a key role in significant initiatives such as the Jafurah IWP in Saudi Arabia financing of the project.

Previously, at EDF Renewable Energy, she co-headed the international project finance team, securing financing for major renewable projects across MENA, Asia, and South America. Bouchra also held senior roles at ENGIE where she led financing and M&A efforts for large-scale projects in power generation, renewables, and water desalination. She specializes in structuring complex financial deals and driving sustainable growth, and leading teams in executing multi-million-dollar transactions.
