Ciclo delivers various services including design, build, and supply of various technologies, operational analytics, artificial intelligence, and asset management cloud software solutions.
Ciclo differentiates itself by selectively promoting key technologies which are most relevant to the MENA regional market, maintaining a knowledgeable team that can represent the technologies well, and localizing a large part of the value chain, including local sourcing (in-country manufacturing) when possible. Ciclo has also started recently to focus on special water desalination equipment (products used for seawater intake and pre-treatment), which will further support the Group’s position within the industry.
Being able to acquire important equipment in-house will help the company to optimize procurement and cut additional costs. Ciclo also managed to secure additional supply and project opportunities. Existing clients include public authorities in charge of water and/or energy in the UAE, Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco, and the Kingdom, as well as large private clients, such as Shell Qatar and Al-Nouran Group (Egypt’s largest distributor of white sugar). Ciclo’s main advantage is its technical unit, which offers in-house engineering capacities, manufacturing capabilities and strong knowledge of the regional market.
