The company delivers end-to-end projects, acting as a developer, operations and maintenance (O&M) provider, and project management service provider for turnkey solutions.
Nayyar has successfully acquired a significant share in Enara Bahrain Company, which holds majority stakes in Subh Company Ltd., Sunrise Company Ltd., and Rising Sun Company—Special Purpose Energy Companies (SPCs). These SPCs operate three solar photovoltaic plants, each with a capacity of 50 MW, amounting to a total of 150 MW. They have signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company, backed by the Egyptian Ministry of Finance.
In addition to large utility-scale projects, Mowah also addresses the needs of C&I clients. The company’s solar and energy efficiency solutions help businesses reduce energy costs, improve reliability, and lower carbon emissions. Notably, Nayyar developed a 6 MW solar photovoltaic plant for Mowah’s South Riyadh Project (SRP) and secured a 25-year Private Power Purchase Agreement to supply electricity to the SRP plant.

This project is secured in Round 3 competitive bidding initiated by the Ministry of Energy /Renewable Energy Project Development Office (REPDO). The project company signed a 25-year long-term Power Purchase Agreement with the Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC).The Saudi Electricity Company supports the project through payment guarantees.
In addition to the large utility scale, Mowah also caters to commercial and industrial (C&I) customers’ needs. The company’s solar and energy efficiency solutions enable businesses to reduce energy costs, improve power reliability, and lower carbon emissions. Nayyar has developed a 6 MW solar PV plant in Mowah’s South Riyadh Project (SRP) and has entered into a 25-year long-term private power purchase agreement to supply electricity to the SRP plant.
