South Riyadh Water (BOO)

The South Riyadh Project is the first and largest private water treatment plant that treats groundwater sources through Reverse Osmosis Technology. It is an independent water project (IWP) implemented under a “build, own and operate” (BOO) model to meet the needs of the second industrial city in Riyadh and surrounding areas.

Dammam ISTP (BOOT)

It is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project under a build, own, operate, transfer (BOOT) structure.  The STP has a capacity of 200,000 m3 per day expandable to 350,000 m3 per day.

Yanbu-4 IWP (BOO)

he project consists of a Seawater Reverse Osmosis desalination treatment plant with a production capacity of 450,000 m3 per day, seawater intake and outfall facilities, 380KV Gas Insulated Substation, and 65km Overhead electrical transmission (electrical special facilities),

50 MW Solar Project – Al Subh SAE SPV

Al Subh SAE 50 MW Solar PV project is located in Benban, Egypt.  This project was awarded as part of the Feed in Tarif (FIT) Round II. The new LLC company (special purpose vehicle) established to develop the 50 MW solar project signed a 25-year term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Egyptian Electricity Company (EETC).

Al Khumrah ROT

The National Water Company awarded Mowah in January 2011 with a “rehabilitate, operate and transfer” (ROT) contract for Al Khumrah’s wastewater reuse facility located south of Jeddah.

6 MW SRP Solar Project

Mowah developed the 6 MW Solar project  through its subsidiary  Nayyar International Renewable Energy Co. to supply electricity to the South Riyadh Project  (SRP) on  a long-term basis.
